The short walk to the beach was perfect, and I truly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Every morning, the breakfast featured a delightful local dish that set a nice tone for the day. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortably decorated, making it a perfect retreat after a day exploring the nearby attractions. The property is conveniently close to vibrant restaurants and shops, which made it easy to experience local culture. Just a heads up, the shower setup wasn't my favorite. I wish it had a glass shield instead of a curtain.

Had a delightful stay at Art Villa Dominicana. Checked in late, and the 24/7 reception was fantastic. The air conditioning worked incredibly well, a relief in the tropical heat. The room named Monét was spacious with a small balcony, perfect for morning coffees. The kitchen came with cookware, which made snacking easy. Hot water pressure was good, though I noticed rust in the bathroom fixtures. The shower curtain wasn’t ideal, but I managed. Breakfast at only $5 was decent, though I wish there were more options. The location is key—a five-minute walk to the beach and nearby shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Enjoyed quiet evenings on the terrace, a rare find in Punta Cana. Overall, a good value for the price, especially for those who appreciate a local vibe. Would return for the atmosphere and Alex's helpfulness, but there are minor improvements needed in the bathroom.

Relaxed on terrace enjoying cigars and rum.

The walk to the nearest beach is advertised as five minutes, but it's more of a 15-minute trek. Some amenities felt off, the bathroom showed signs of rust, and lukewarm water made showers a bit uncomfortable. As for the toilet, it's prone to clogging—avoid overloading it with toilet paper. The AC provided inconsistent cooling, making the room quite cold at times, necessitating frequent adjustments at night.

We had a lovely stay here with our grandchildren, ages 5 and 8. The place felt super cozy and had a nice balance of local charm. We appreciated the spacious common areas that gave the kids plenty of room to play. The short walk to the beach was a hit too.
My children wished for more kid-friendly breakfast options.

I stayed in the Monét room for 7 nights and loved how spacious it was. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee. AC worked well, but sometimes it got a bit too cold at night. The room was clean, with no bugs, which was great. The kitchenette was handy for snacks, but the bathroom could use a bit of work. I noticed some rust. Overall, it had a cozy vibe, and I enjoyed the terrace for relaxing with a cigar.

Recommend it for couples looking for a local vibe
The ambiance was chill, I enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a locally made cigar and rum,, very nice touch. The included breakfast was decent, but I liked that they had a menu with different options so you could try something new daily.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but still acceptable.
